Moomin Museum Midwinter at Sorsapuisto Park

Welcome to a unique winter event at Sorsapuisto park, next to Tampere Hall on Saturday, March 3, at 2-9pm. The magical family event fills the snowy park with winter fun for the whole day!

Enjoy winter activities like snowshoeing and ice skating on the frozen pond, relax around a fire in the warmth of a Finnish teepee and listen to live music by the Tampere Philharmonic Orchestra in the darkening night of a winter Saturday. The park is dressed with beautiful lighting that makes it the perfect spot for a snowy picnic. Buy hot drinks and foods at the event, or bring some along.

Moomin Museum will be open on the event day between 11am-9pm.
