3D-scanned Moomin dioramas
People from the Tampere University of Applied Sciences TAMK visited last week to image Moomin dioramas. The imaging was done using, for example, a FARO laser scanner with which three-dimensional pixels clouds could be generated of the dioramas.
The data can be utilised later on, for example, in the conservation of the dioramas. It may also be the case that we will see something made with 3D laser in the new Moomin Museum…
